S/NVQ SchemeService Level Agreement
1. Overview
In return for the agreed consideration, Commercial Skills will provide a complete turnkey package for the candidate(s) to complete an S/NVQ, including registration, assessment,
verification and certification.
2. Scope of Work
2.1 Induction
- Identify choice of units suitable for the candidate
- Explanation of how the scheme works including the e-NVQ system
- Planning of the first unit
- Programme plan
2.2 Assessor Visits (E-NVQ PLUS ONLY)
Your assessor will visit you in the workplace to carry out induction on a face to face basis and then a further visit if required to provide the following support:
- Unit feedback discussion with candidate
- Advice and mentoring
2.3 Off-site Support
Using our e-NVQ system you can access all the support materials you need to build your
portfolio. You can also contact your assessor and the s/nvq centre.
2.4 Assessment and Verification
The assessor will assess the units and feedback to the candidate. The internal verifier
and external verifier will verify the candidate portfolio units in accordance with the
centres sampling plan.
3. Conditions of Contract
- Payment will be made within 30 days from date of Commercial Skills Ltd invoice.
- Commercial Skills Ltd will provide turnkey package to include assessment, verification and certification.
- Commercial Skills Ltd will provide candidate support for a period of 14 months
against a planned 12 month programme. Where after we reserve the right to charge
additional fees of £200 per outstanding unit to be assessed.
- Variations to programme will be by express agreement of both parties.
- Progress reports can be provided to sponsors by request to Commercial Skills.
- Should a candidate withdraw from the programme t0here will be no refund of fees.
- Replacement candidates in the event of a candidate's withdrawal will be at the
discretion of Commercial Skills.
