Terms of eCommerce
The following terms relate to the sale of Commercial Sills Visual Learning Limited CIPS graduate diploma dvds by:
Commercial Skills Limited

1. Order Quantities
The minimum order quantity is one dvd and workbook
2. Delivery
Delivery will be made within ten days of receipt of order and any goods damaged in transit must be reported to Commercial Skills Visual Learning Limited within five days of receipt by the customer (see contact details below)
3. Replacement and Cancellation
In accordance with clause (2) damaged property are to be returned to Commercial Skills Visual Learning Limited whereupon replacements will be forwarded to the customer. Commercial Skills Visual Learning Limited will only accept cancellation within a twenty four hour period after an order has been placed or prior to despatch whichever is soonest
4. Refund
A full refund will be given when the customer meets the requirements of clause (3)
5. UK and overseas orders
All UK orders will be delivered postage and packaging included whereas for all overseas orders postage and packaging will be charged at cost
6. Payment
All payments will be made in Great Britain Pounds Sterling
